Light Painting at Jack London Park May 2016

jack_london_state_2016

I am thrilled to be partnering once again with Jack London State Park to offer this amazing opportunity. This special evening class gives all participants special after dark access to Jack London’s Wolf House. You won’t see this anywhere else!

I love sharing my passion for light painting photography and this is the perfect venue.

We will be exploring the traditional form of light painting for this class. It is a technique where we use powerful flashlights (and other light source) to paint light onto a subject or scene during a long exposure. The results are always one of a kind and amazing, revealing an extraordinary scene that would not ordinarily be visible to us.

You will learn:

  • Styles of light painting
  • Setup and preparation
  • Recommended Equipment
  • Camera basics (setting up your camera)
  • Light sources
  • Lighting techniques

I am donating my time which means your class fee helps keep this wonderful park resource open for us all to enjoy.

Check out the list of what to bring before you sign up.
