I captured this image from the 2008 Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Classic. For some reason I became fascinated with the flame units and now I have over 100 images of them. I fear that I may have missed some great shots due this obsession. The 2009 Sonoma County Hot Air Balloon Classic is coming up Sat, Sun, June 13th and 14th, maybe I can correct my oversight this year. I had a blast at this event. There was so much going on it was hard to sit still and focus on any one thing. This is one of my all time favorite images, and is one of my fine art pieces. Please enjoy.
